Enjoyed it very much This site is definitely one to recommend to anyone. Got a lovely bar on site. Shower blocks clean and nice. Food vans on Friday/Saturday. Breakfast cobs Saturday morning. Staff always very helpful and friendly. 25 minutes walk into Bakewell.

Great, well run, campsite in an excellent location for Bakewell and the surrounding area. We stayed for 4 nights in July. The hard standing pitches were well laid out. Excellent facilities. The toilets and shower blocks were modern and immaculate. Great having different cleaning times so you could get a shower at any time. Staff were friendly. 10-15 minute walk to Ashford in the Water. 20-30 minute walk into Bakewell with Thornbridge brewery taproom and Aldi on the way. The site was quiet for most of our stay but was full and very busy on our last night (Friday). A fantastic place to stay. A fantastic and clean campsite. Pitches are well looked after and have ample space. Make sure that you have a long lead for the hook up. Onsite bar is a great place to finish off the evening.

Sunny weekend in Bakewell Really nice site with all the things you need for a great camping weekend. The only thing I did t like was we were right next to the kids play area. As we don’t have any kids we found it very noisy and at one point a couple of them were throwing large stones about which was quite annoying as there were some motorhomes and cars about I would stay again but will ask to be away from kids play area Also it says on website that Bakewell is a short walk in to town, it’s more a taxi ride if you don’t like walking or can’t walk far

Awesome site, our favourite site close to bakewell. It has everything, bar, food vans, good toilets & showers, service points, g Close to all amenities. Great walks & pubs nearby. Best brewery 10min walk plus Aldi. Nothing else you need. Site amazing all facilities, clean & great customer service. Good size pitches. Dog friendly with a dog field. Wonderful Facility What a superb facility with great food options on Friday and Saturday. Bakewell itself was stunning. We will definitely be back.
